1. 1Blend the ingredients: Preheat the oven to 180°C with the fan setting. In a blender bowl combine: egg, frozen mango, quark, skyr, xylitol, flavoring, pudding powder and blend. Stir the oat flakes into the mixture. Grease a 400-500 ml ovenproof dish with oil.
2. 2Bake the oatmeal and serve: Pour the mixture into the dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheesecake sets. Serve with the walnuts.
