1. 1Mix the first part of the ingredients: In a bowl combine both yogurts, add the egg and xylitol.
2. 2Mix in the remaining ingredients: Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Mix until the ingredients are combined.
3. 3Add the pear: Add 90 g of finely diced pear (0.5 cm x 0.5 cm) to the batter. Mix.
4. 4Fry the pancakes: Fry the pancakes in a pan with heated oil over medium-low heat, covered. Pour one tablespoon of batter per pancake. Flip when the edges of the batter begin to set. Serve with the remaining pear, peanuts and peanut butter.
